A distanza di quattro anni dall’ultimo lavoro della band statunitense, “Stand Up”, arriva il nuovo album (settimo della loro carriera), intitolato “Big Whiskey and the Groogrux King“.
Quest’ultimo è stato realizzato con un certo ritardo anche a causa della scoparsa di un membro fondatore della band, il sassofonista LeRoi Moore, avvenuta nell’agosto 2008 a seguito di un incidente stradale.
L’album è prodotto da Rob Cavallo (Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Alanis Morissette) e sarà pubblicato tra il 29 maggio ed il 2 giugno.
